I had an amazing experience with Emma today, whilst getting the express smoothing treatment. This was my first time at the Chester salon, and I was warmly welcomed by the whole team upon arrival. Not only is the atmosphere (and pressed coffee beverages) really lovely, the treatment, cleanliness of store, and customer service was of an excellent standard. After talking me through the treatment, and process I would be experiencing, Emma was considerate to my needs and exceeded my expectations with my styling. 100% will be back for a refresher, and a chat
